About Lucy
Lucy can help couples and individuals identify the patterns and relationship dynamics that repetitively make them feel stuck and explores ways to improve and enhance their relationships. Lucy offers insights into a range of relationship and sexual issues, such as relationship challenging dynamics, adverse childhood experiences, anxiety and depression, improving an understanding of sexual desire, pain during sex, erectile and ejaculatory issues, sex after birth, infertility, menopause, body image and explores gender and diverse sexual, or kink practices.
Our unique personal experiences and life events that shape us can impact our well-being and relationships. Lucy approaches every individual and couple with respect and believes that we all need to be met with humanity in a non-judgemental, confidential space. She also works with couples and individuals from diverse cultural, ethnic and religious backgrounds, the LGBTQ+ community who want to explore, enhance or resolve individual and relationship issues, gender spectrum or sexual relationships.
Lucy completed her postgraduate qualifications in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy at Tavistock Relationships, London and an MSc in Gestalt Psychotherapy from Metanoia Institute. She is also an EMDR Practitioner from Richman EMDR Training, London.
Lucy is a registered and accredited member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT).
