About Holly
Holly is a highly trained Sexual and Relationship Psychotherapist, working with couples and individuals in Central London and online. With 17 years in the Psychotherapy field, Holly has gained valuable experience in the NHS, charity and private sectors, working with a diverse range of emotional and life difficulties.
Areas of speciality include sexual and relationship difficulties, trauma, attachment, depression, anxiety, bereavement and loss, destructive patterns and fertility and pregnancy. Holly works with all the major sexual dysfunctions, which may in turn be negatively affecting the couple relationship. Intimacy issues may include problems with desire and/or arousal, erectile dysfunction, premature or delayed ejaculation, sexual pain (including vaginismus), cancer and illness, and confidence and body issues.
Holly values and promotes inclusive practice, welcoming those from LGBTQ+ communities, and those practising consensual non-monogamy, or exploring what sexuality means to them.
Following therapeutic work with me, clients typically report increased confidence, improved communication, intimacy and sexual functioning, as well as a sense of healing and freedom from past wounds.
If you would like to go ahead with therapy, an Initial Consultation is an opportunity to meet and explore the possibility of working together. In the first session, we will think about what you would like to achieve as well as any anxieties or fears you may have. We can discuss whether a short or ongoing arrangement is most suited to your needs and the issues you are struggling with.
Holly is fully insured with up-to-date Enhanced DBS check and registered with AXA Healthcare, Aviva, Allianz and WPA.
